Hello from Malvern House in Brighton. I just wanted to wish you a Merry Christmas. But first, what does Merry Christmas mean? The expression to “be or make merry” translates to make joy or be joyful, so when someone wishes you a Merry Christmas, they want you to be joyful and have a wonderful holiday season and that’s what I wish to each of you. How do you say Merry Christmas in your language? Here are a few examples. I know I have missed many off so please write below and tell me how to say Merry Christmas. I wish each of our students, past, present and future a very Merry Christmas and see you all in 2020. Goodbye from Malvern House in Brighton.
